We are Beatriz and Fabio Barbosa, the founders of Be & Belong Strategic Migration Services — a practice built on integrity, expertise, and genuine care for every client’s journey.
Beatriz is the Director and Principal Registered Migration Agent with a strong background in Law, Education, and Tourism, dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of Australian Migration Law and Procedures with clarity and empathy. Her mission is to ensure that each person feels supported, informed, and confident at every stage of their visa process.
Fabio is the Financial Director, a CPA Australia Member and Registered Tax Agent with over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance, and taxation. He brings strategic insight and financial integrity to the firm, ensuring stability, transparency, and the highest professional standards in all operations.
Together, we combine legal, financial, and human understanding to create a service that goes beyond paperwork — one that connects people with new opportunities and a true sense of belonging.
Born in Brazil, Italian by heritage, and Australian by choice. My passion for international education and migration began early in life — I completed a Diploma in Tourism at SENAC in 2000 and worked in local travel agencies, helping people explore the world.
My legal career started after completing a Bachelor of Law in 2005. With over 10 years of experience in Mediation and Arbitration, as well as serving as Legal Manager for a retail software development company, I developed a strong foundation in legal analysis, negotiation, and client advocacy.
I moved to Australia in 2015 and completed a Diploma in Legal Services, which deepened my understanding of the Australian legal system. Later, I worked in the international education sector for two years and became a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) after completing the Education Agent Training Course in December 2021.
Soon after, I pursued my passion for migration law through the Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice, leading to my registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) in November 2025.
Before founding Be & Belong Strategic Migration Services, I gained valuable experience as a Case Manager Assistant in reputable migration firms. Today, I combine my background in Law, Tourism, and Education to provide strategic, empathetic, and client-focused migration advice.
